Mitch and his team were absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend them enough. I went in knowing little to nothing about how to search for or select the right diamond for an engagement ring. I had been to other stores, but had little knowledge of the process and had received very little help. I was recommended Aura diamonds by a friend, and I couldn't be more thankful! Mitch walked me through his process for evaluating a diamond, he had a large selection for me to look through and get a feel for, and he was very attentive to my interests and ideas. He helped me determine which shape and size would be best based on my descriptions and goals for the ring. I feel lucky that I found the Aura diamonds team! What's most important is that my fiancée is absolutely in love with her ring, and she gets comments all the time on how great it looks. The price was fantastic, the process was easy, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience here. There's no one better!

Aura Diamonds made getting my wedding ring a painless process. I came in knowing very little about the types of rings for males, but Aura Diamonds took time to explain all of the different materials and designs. Once I ordered my wedding ring, it took less than a week to receive it. Aura Diamonds has been great.

Aura Diamonds is the best option for your jewelry needs in the Dallas area. I spent a few months with the team designing a custom engagement ring for my fiancé. During that time, they went out of their way to educate me so that I could create my fiancé's dream ring. We could not be happier with the result. My soon to be fiancée and I first went to Aura with the idea in mind that we would start looking around at what she might be interested in, and visit multiple places. By the end of our visit, we walked out having agreed on a custom engagement ring. Aura was great at educating us so that we could pick what’s best for us and cared that we got something we’d love. I just picked the ring up and it’s exactly how we envisioned. 10/10 experience

Had an unbelievable experience here! Walked in for my appointment and immediately got offered a drink. Instead of browsing pre set rings they sat me down and asked what i was looking for and put it together in front of my eyes. They gave my all the shape and carat options in my budget and let me compare them all while explaining how diamonds are graded and different things to look for. Ended up sizing up from a 3 carat to a 4 because that option was given to me. I will always recommend someone to come to aura diamonds!

Went to Aura Diamonds to design a custom engagement ring for my fiancee. Simply put, it was a great experience. They took the time to really educate us on the different diamond characteristics (cut, clarity, etc.) before working with us to create the exact ring my fiancee wanted. We had multiple appointments where we saw all the possible options and they never made us feel rushed to make a decision or pressured to use them as our jeweler. We've recently purchased our wedding bands from them as well. Will continue to be my go to jeweler for any special occasions down the line.

If you’re trying to stay away from car salesmen Aura Diamonds is your place!!!! The customer service was impeccable! I felt like I was heard and understood. When shopping for engagement rings (Really anything for yourself) you want someone who is going to get you the best for what you can afford. That is exactly what happened. For someone who has always dreamed of being engaged and a determined Fiancè for knowing exactly what I wanted Aura Diamonds was able to deliver to perfection! Unfortunately I was torn between an emerald cut and a radiant cut, but with Aura diamonds they were able to over succeed and deliver a beautiful cut featuring both a radiant and emerald Diamond! One of few they have done but most importantly the most unique! I also had to go back to have my ring resized which was no problem for Aura, they were able to get my ring resized in less than 24 hours!! WOW!! This was extremely special as a newly engaged individual I didn’t want to be without my ring for long. What would typically take 2-7 business days was done in less than 24 hours and to make matters even better they offered quarter sized just in case half sizes wasn’t exactly true to size for you. This speaks volumes! No matter the situation Aura Diamonds was there to be a problem solver. We will be shopping with them in the future! I only give 5 starts because I couldn’t give 10!

I can't thank Aura Diamonds enough for helping my Fiancé design my dream engagement ring, a beautiful platinum solitaire oval diamond ring! After my Fiancé proposed back in October, I have had to go into Aura for a couple resizings and the team always makes me feel so welcome and taken care of.
